Ava Zack M.S, LAc, Dipl. O.M. has been practicing acupuncture since she began her training in 2009. She graduated with her M.S. in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, CA. Ava is currently licensed through the California Acupuncture Board and NCCAOM (National Acupuncture Board). Ava is passionate about health, food, science, and medicine. She is dedicated to an integrated and complementary approach to achieving an optimal state of wellbeing. She enjoys helping her patients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.
A variety of modalities is applied depending on the individual's needs. This may include acupuncture, tuina (medical massage), cupping, electroacupuncture, qigong & breathing exercises, various heat therapies, and herbal medicine. Microneedling devices, natural topicals, and light therapies may be used to treat a variety of skin conditions and can help treat hair loss.
